Steven Kustra is an associate in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution group.

Steven's civic experience includes contract disputes, automobile/transportation warranty cases, torts, property disputes and collection matters, among others.

Steven has also represented clients in a wide range of criminal matters including RICO violations, health care fraud, CSC, official misconduct and other minor crimes. Steven has participated in internal investigations for public and private organizations, and has also been tapped by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan for his knowledge of electronic discovery and litigation technology.

Steven has dual law degrees from the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy, and is licensed to practice in both Michigan and Ontario. While in law school, Steven worked as a clerk for the Honorable Edward A. Servitto of Macomb County Circuit Court and as an intern at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law Veterans' Law Clinic. Prior to law school, Steven served in the U.S. Army and was awarded the Purple Heart medal.
