Sarah Hartman is a member of Miller Canfield's Employment and Labor Group. She advises clients on a variety of employment-related topics including employee grievances, EEOC and MDCR claims, executive compensation, employee handbooks and employee contracts. In addition, Sarah defends businesses and public entities, including higher education institutions, in lawsuits alleging discrimination, wrongful discharge or discipline, and other related matters.

Sarah has been practicing in Michigan for more than 10 years and became a member of the Indiana Bar in 2012. She is experienced in litigation at both the state and federal levels.

Sarah's work regularly includes complex discovery issues, requiring intense document review.
