Monika Tomczak-Górlikowska, a licensed attorney (adwokat), specializes in competition law, European Union law, banking law, pharmaceutical legislation and intellectual property law, as well as in personal data protection.
She previously worked in the Legal Service of the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union in Brussels, drafting the Treaty of Accession of Poland and other candidate countries to the European Union and finalizing the EU legislation to be published in Polish.
