Joshua A. Barrett

Joshua Barrett is a Staff Attorney within the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. His practice focuses on supporting the eDiscovery efforts required during complex commercial litigation, antitrust litigation, labor and employment actions, internal investigations, and other matters. 

He analyzes client documents for responsiveness and attorney-client privilege in preparation for litigation, as well as drafts privilege logs. Josh also conducts targeted searches and data culling within each production to identify core issues and to expedite the discovery process. He provides assistance to the litigation team in developing fact patterns and aids in deposition preparation.
