Jennifer McQueen is responsible for strategic business development, client relations and marketing across the firm’s 16 offices in 5 countries. She leads development of firm-wide strategies and initiatives to link Miller Canfield’s world-class legal services with client service excellence.
In her role, Jennifer works with firm leadership, practice group leaders, client teams and attorneys to ascertain the external and internal issues clients face on a daily basis. She considers the key to success as getting a full understanding of the client’s business and motivations so that she can help client service teams meet the needs of clients in today’s highly competitive global market.
Building on considerable multi-industry experience, Jennifer integrates her business acumen and knowledge of project management to legal service delivery across all practice areas, domestically and internationally.
She has an extensive background marketing and business development, with more than 25 years of executive-level leadership experience in the professional services industry.
