Jad's experience is primarily in employment-based temporary and permanent visa categories, including H, L, E, TN, and PERM labor certifications, immigrant petitions, and adjustment of status applications. He has experience across the automotive, information technology, and health care industries.

During law school, Jad gained valuable experience as a legal extern with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR). As a student attorney with the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law Immigration Clinic, Jad represented an asylum applicant before the Detroit Immigration Court and had the privilege of arguing a political asylum case before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
