Emilia May is a licensed attorney (adwokat) in the firm's Gdynia office. In her practice, Emilia provides legal consulting services for numerous Polish companies and international corporations. 

Emilia's practice covers personal data protection law, and she has assisted numerous clients with implementing the requirements of the EU Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including conducting business training on GDPR implementation.

Emilia also specializes in labor law, with a special focus on cross-border employment issues and personal data protection in employment. She represents and advises foreign investors in creating new job places and adapting acquired workplaces to corporate requirements as well as in downsizing and redundancies. She counsels the clients regarding their policies and decision-making to ensure compliance with Polish and EU law. She assists clients with a variety of pre-litigation employment matters, including discrimination and harassment and contract terminations.

Emilia also has experience in matters relating to broadly defined commercial and business law.
