Chelsey Marsh is an associate in the Real Estate Group.
Her transactional real estate experience includes representation of financial institutions in all aspects of real estate finance. She drafts and negotiates a variety of commercial loan documents, and reviews leases, organizational documents, title and survey.
Prior to joining the firm, Chelsey served as a federal court intern for Chief Judge Gerald E. Rosen, U.S. District Court Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan. While at the University of Michigan, she studied abroad at Lorenzo De’ Medici in Florence, Italy.
