Aaron Schwaderer represents and advises financial institutions in connection with commercial loan transactions, especially asset-based lending, and all aspects of secured and unsecured lending. His experience includes drafting and negotiating credit/loan agreements, including syndicated credit facilities, intercreditor agreements and various ancillary financing documents typical of institutional lender representation, as well as all forms of personal property and real estate collateral documents, including security agreements, pledge agreements, and mortgages/deeds of trust.
