Automotive Supplier Multi-Contract Dispute
Worked with trial lawyers to defend a Tier One Automotive Supplier in a multi-contract dispute. Worked with in-house counsel and the client's information technology department to develop a cost effective plan for harvesting electronically stored information from multiple locations worldwide. Conducted interviews of key employees to develop a comprehensive discovery plan and budget. Evaluated and negotiated with e-discovery vendors for pricing and assistance in culling, processing and key word searching electronic documents. Prepared a review protocol and trained a team of attorneys and paralegals to review over 400,000 pages of documents for responsiveness and privilege. Drafted letters of production noncompliance to opposing counsel resulting in substantial supplemental productions. Prepared deposition preparation packages for trial attorneys.
