- Assisted a manufacturing client in connection with their acquisition, financing and construction of a $55-million state-of-the-art facility in Arkansas (including negotiation of $10 million in state and local tax incentives and grants, and $55 axable bond financing)
- Handled more than $100 million of real estate transactions for a national manufacturer, including negotiation of more than $35 million in economic development incentives in a single year
- Acquired land and negotiated economic development incentives for relocation of $150 million facility to Michigan
- Site acquisition counsel for more than 40 Rite-Aid pharmacy/retail locations throughout Michigan
- Serving as Acquisition and Disposition Counsel for several Detroit landmarks, including the Buhl Building, First National Building, Penobscot Building, First Federal Building, Northland and Westland Shopping Centers, North Park residential complex, and others
