U.S. House Investigating Oversight of Technology Funding for Schools and Libraries
March 18, 2003The House Committee on Energy and Commerce is seeking information about the management and oversight of the ‘e-rate’ program that subsidizes public schools and libraries for Internet access in the amount of $2.25 billion annually.
