Peter Math

Peter H. Math's practice consists of general corporate-commercial matters, including acquisitions and shareholder agreements, and commercial leasing, with an emphasis on retail leasing. He regularly counsels clients on the purchase and sale of businesses; on corporate matters including shareholder agreements; and reviewing various business agreements, such as franchise agreements, service agreements, and employment agreements.

Peter acts as general counsel for one of Canada's largest educational scholarship funds.  He also counsels two international retailers in the negotiation of their Canadian store leases, as well as various other commercial leases.
