John McNair has almost three decades of experience representing automotive manufacturers in product liability litigation throughout the United States.

At Miller Canfield, John has coordinated the preparation of pre-trial discovery responses in product liability litigation, working closely with clients’ engineering staffs.  He also has been involved in the development of responses to governmental regulatory request related to vehicle safety issues.

John also works with manufacturers to develop technical literature to improve clarity and warning language.

Representative Matters

John has been involved in a number of cases where he has worked with technical experts to develop the forensic aspects of demonstrative evidence for deposition and trial testimony.
