Harvey Messing has more than 30 years of experience in energy, telecommunications and public utility law; business and corporate law; administrative law and condemnation law.

Most of his legal work focuses on representing gas, electric, telephone, water, gas pipeline, and oil pipeline companies in administrative proceedings and in the courts. Typically, this work involves complex ratemaking issues and large sums of money. Due to the significant issues involved, agency decisions are often the subject of judicial review. Consequently, Harvey has served as legal counsel in many important Reported Decisions.

From major companies to the smallest enterprise, Harvey approaches all requests for legal advice and representation from the perspective of the client. Over his long and distinguished legal career, he has proven that good strategies get good results.
