Deborah Muzzin is a paralegal in the Real Estate Practice Group. Deb performs real estate due diligence primarily in connection with commercial real estate workouts and foreclosures.
She assists with a wide variety of tasks in connection with both judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, including the preparation of documentation for judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, court pleadings for receiver appointments and guaranty lawsuits and agreements for forbearance, deed-in-lieu, loan modifications and note sale transactions. Deb also handles the discovery process in connection with any commercial real estate workout litigation, including drafting and responding to discovery requests and the management of discovery documents using records management software such as Relativity®.
Deb’s experience also includes the review of real estate title issues and surveys.
