Green is an expert in bankruptcy and debtor-creditor law and represents automotive suppliers, financial institutions, and other publicly and privately held businesses including secured and unsecured creditors, creditors' committees, trustees, debtors, and other interested parties in their debtor-creditor relationships with others.
Experience
Jon helped a client finance a large-automotive supplier’s restructuring, while negotiating asset sales, support agreements and the transition of its business in a way that prevented any interruption of its business, plant closings or a negative impact on its sales.
