Automotive Practice
Brian Westenberg focuses on automotive product liability and regulatory requirements of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), including the requirements of the Transportation Recall Enhancement, Accountability and Documentation (TREAD) Act. He regularly advises automotive manufacturers and suppliers on the requirements of NHTSA TREAD Early Warning Reporting, manufacturer submissions to the NHTSA Office of Defect Investigations, and how to protect trade secret and confidential business information when governmental reporting or litigation disclosure of commercially sensitive information is required.
