Jim specializes in nationwide litigation management, supervising local counsel in warranty litigation matters for a major automobile manufacturer. Jim also assists with national discovery efforts, has worked with OEMs and suppliers in regulatory matters concerning the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), California Clean Air Resources Board (CARB) and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and other regulatory bodies, and litigates automotive supply and warranty issues and product-related safety issues.
With an extensive background in the automotive and related industries, Jim specializes in automotive warranty litigation and product safety.
