Automotive Practice

Thomas G. Parachini has extensive experience in a wide range of commercial litigation disputes on behalf of automotive manufacturers and suppliers, including consumer financial services litigation as well as product liability and toxic tort actions.

Experience

Over the past five years, Tom has successfully defended an automotive finance company in consumer class-action litigation in Maryland. He was able to convince the court to dismiss a half dozen class-action lawsuits by being aggressive and innovative and by working hard not to just copy what had been successfully done before. This approach encouraged him and his team to try fresh approaches and be more creative.

“I am a practical person and a good problem solver. I work to make problems easier, not harder.”
