Automotive Practice
Stephen J. Ott directs the firm’s practice as National Discovery Counsel for Chrysler Corporation product liability litigation. His Group also serves as National Supervising Counsel and Discovery Counsel for Chrysler product warranty litigation. With over 25 years’ experience in the areas of product safety regulation, product liability, class action and personal injury litigation defense, he assists automotive and manufacturing clients with all aspects of these cases. On the regulatory side, his experience includes recalls, compliance with government regulations customer communications.
Experience
Steve represents manufacturers in product liability, product warranty and product-related class action matters. He has also organized and oversees the operation of teams that provide national discovery and case management services to clients in product liability, product warranty, class action and patent litigation matters, and assists clients with government regulatory inquiries.
