Miller Canfield Attorney Ronald Riback Honored by Hillel Day School

Miller Canfield proudly announces that attorney Ronald H. Riback, along with his wife Cheryl, received the Rabbi Jacob Segal Award (z’l) at the Hillel Day School’s Annual “Dream Maker” Dinner on May 17, in honor of their longtime support of Hillel Day School in Farmington Hills, Mich.

Riback is a principal in the Troy office of Miller Canfield. He concentrates his practice in commercial and real estate lending transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and business services. He is a member of the American Bar Association and State Bar of Michigan. He received his law degree from De Paul University College of Law, and his B.A. from the University of Michigan, majoring in economics.

He is a past president and board member of both the Hillel Day School and the Goldman-Hermelin Education Foundation. He was a member of the Young Leadership Cabinet of the UJA and a Mission-leader to Israel in that capacity. He has been active in the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit in both the fundraising and budgeting divisions, active for many years on the Culture and Education Division, including as vice-chair, and was a board member of Adat Shalom Synagogue.

Ron and Cheryl Riback reside in Bloomfield Hills, Mich. Their children Ben, Mike, Jason, and Lauren are alumni of Hillel Day School.

Miller Canfield was established in Detroit in 1852 and employs more than 800 in offices in Michigan, Florida, New York, Canada and Poland.
