Miller Canfield Attorney Brian Westenberg Discusses the TREAD Act at Business Leadership Summit

Miller Canfield principal Brian S. Westenberg recently led a discussion on the TREAD Act at The Business Leadership Summit: Regulatory Policy and Management, held in Lansing, Mich.

Westenberg resides in Miller Canfield’s Troy office and is a member of the Product Safety Group and Automotive Group, focusing on automotive product liability and automotive regulatory requirements of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).

He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Federal Bar Association, Macomb County Bar Association and Michigan Defense Trial Counsel. He received his law degree, magna cum laude, from The Detroit College of Law. His B.A., with distinction, is from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. He also holds a degree in criminal justice from Macomb Community College.
