Lawyer Lisa Zigterman Joins Miller Canfield
The law firm of Miller Canfield announces that Lisa J. Zigterman has joined the firm as an associate in the Banking Group in the Grand Rapids, Michigan office.
Lisa Zigterman's practice focuses on financial institutions and includes preparing and negotiating commercial lending agreements.
Prior to joining Miller Canfield, she was an associate at a large law firm in Chicago, where she worked on a variety of corporate, securities and regulatory matters relating to the insurance and financial services industry, including structured finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions and private securities offerings.
She received her J.D. (2009), magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law and her B.A. (2006), magna cum laude, from Calvin College.
