On November 13, 2009, Anna M. Maiuri gave a presentation entitled, "Enforcement Mechanisms:  How these Tools Can be Used to Encourage Environmental Regulatory Compliance" to the Anhui Provicial EPA, Division of Environmental Supervision, in Hefei, Anhui Province, China.  This was her second presentation to the group.  The Director, Jing Xu and about 20 members of the Division were in attendance.
