The law firm of Miller Canfield announces that Billee Lightvoet Ward has joined the firm as a senior attorney in the Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo offices. She is a member of the Corporate and Securities Group and focuses her practice on the Health Care Industry.

Lightvoet Ward represents physicians, hospitals and other healthcare providers and facilities in regulatory and transactional matters and general business matters. In addition to her health law practice, Lightvoet Ward represents private entities and individuals in corporate and business transactions.

Lightvoet Ward previously served as Corporate Attorney for Borgess Health Alliance in Kalamazoo.

She received her law degree from DePaul University College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Kalamazoo College. She is admitted to practice in both Michigan and Illinois.
