Miller Canfield Attorney Receives Special Recognition
July 8, 2002, M.D., J.D., a litigation associate in the Detroit office of the law firm of Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, P.L.C., was featured in the May 2002 issue of "Laches", the Oakland County Bar Association's official publication, as the Featured Attorney of the Month. Mr. Farrow received this acknowledgment for his significant contributions to the legal profession and to the community.
Following undergraduate school at Amherst College where he majored in chemistry, he went on to receive his M.D. from the University of Massachusetts Medical School and completed a family practice residency program in upstate New York. He practiced medicine for some time before making the decision to attend law school at the University of Michigan where he received his J.D. in 1997.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, Oakland County Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, and the American Academy of Family Practice. He is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Michigan, and is certified in family practice by the American Board of Family Practice.
Mr. Freeman is active in the American Red Cross, serving as a CPR/FPR instructor, and is a life member of the alumni association of the Boys' and Girls' Club of Southeast Michigan.
He resides in Farmington Hills.
