Law Firm Elects Managing Directors

Timothy D. Sochocki and Stephen G. Palms have been elected and John R. Cook was reelected managing directors of Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, P.L.C.

They join Thomas W. Linn, CEO, Beverly Hall Burns, Deputy CEO, Thomas C. Phillips, and Clarence L. Pozza, Jr. in administering the firm's 13 offices.

Mr. Sochocki , Resident Director of the firm's Ann Arbor office, received his law degree, cum laude, from The University of Michigan Law School and his undergraduate degree from The University of Michigan. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan.

Mr. Palms , of the firm's Troy office, received his law degree from The University of Michigan Law School, magna cum laude, where he was an assistant editor of the Michigan Law Review, and he received an A.B. in history, with honors, from The University of Michigan. He is a member of the American, Michigan, and Detroit Metropolitan Bar Associations.

Mr. Cook , Resident Director of the firm's Kalamazoo office, is a graduate of Kalamazoo College and earned his law degree, magna cum laude from The University of Michigan. He is a member of the American, Michigan and Kalamazoo County Bar Associations.
