Bar Admissions

Jennifer LaTosch concentrates her practice in family and domestic relations law, which includes routine and complex divorces, post-judgment matters, custody and parenting time disputes, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and dissolution of relationship matters, child support, paternity, change of domicile, adoption and personal protection orders.

Representative Matters

In an emergency adoption case, Jennifer helped her client obtain a home study and file all requisite paperwork for an out-of-state, direct placement adoption within two days. Working with the Interstate Compact offices, the Miller Canfield team arranged for the child to travel from his birth state to Michigan within four days from the date of filing the petition.
