James L. Liggins Jr. has strong regional experience litigating matters in the federal and state courts of Michigan, Illinois and Indiana. His practice is primarily focused on business litigation including contract disputes, construction litigation, personal injury defense, premises liability and various types of property disputes. James has substantive knowledge as litigation counsel for a major gas and electric utility company and also has worked closely with various municipalities with ordinance enforcement and defense.
