While Brandy L. Mathie is considered a general real estate lawyer and can assist clients on many of the aspects of real estate law, ranging from easements to mortgage loans, she typically focuses her practice in the areas of acquisitions, dispositions and retail leasing. She is particularly skilled in identifying trouble spots during due diligence investigations and offering creative solutions to achieve the ultimate goal -- closing the deal.
“My philosophy is to always understand the nature and extent of the desired goal before implementing any plan of action – basically, communicate first!”
Brandy L. Mathie
Experience
Brandy managed the sale of a client's extensive real estate portfolio. She successfully reorganized the client's business structure and facilitated several 1031 exchange transactions to prevent adverse tax consequences, while advancing her client's chief goal of converting its active real estate business into passive income.
“As a result of these efforts, my client now has more time to spend with his family.”
