Dr. Zhiguo Du focuses his practice on international business transactions, corporate governance, tax planning, and our China practice. Dr. Du has extensive experience in representing Chinese enterprises doing business in the U.S. and advising U.S. companies with operations in China.
Prior to joining the firm, Dr. Du was an associate attorney at a major Michigan law firm. He interned at the Michigan Attorney General’s Office. Previously he was a teaching assistant at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
