Tim structures and executes business transactions on corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and closely held corporations. Tim is frequently engaged in international business transactions. He represents foreign companies doing business in the U.S, and U.S. companies doing business abroad. He also advises clients on matters involving export control.
