Suzanne K. Schultz is experienced in all aspects of commercial litigation in areas of contracts, real estate and land use, professional malpractice, securities, mortgage and banking, general counsel engagements, creditor rights and intellectual property. She specializes in litigation management, investigations and trial assistance. Suzanne also provides a full range of support for attorneys in all areas of intellectual property practice, including patents, trademarks, copyrights and Internet issues.
