Robin Kaufman Trepeck works closely with the Capital Markets Group representing national lenders in small balance portfolio loans and loans destined for securitization. Robin also works with the general Real Estate Group in a number of areas, including leasing, due diligence, acquiring, financing and selling developed and undeveloped property as well as resolving complex title and survey issues.

At Miller Canfield, and through previous experience, Robin’s work includes most aspects of real property law, including financing, leasing, due diligence, and property sales and acquisitions. She is also experienced in commercial and corporate law and estate planning.

Experience

Prior to joining the firm and representing national lenders, Robin had years of experience representing the other side of the transaction, as attorney for the borrower in its development, construction and long-term end loans and related real estate matters.
