Robert E. Murkowski is involved in all areas of business and complex commercial litigation. Specifically, Robert has assisted clients in a variety of matters ranging from contract disputes, professional malpractice, business torts, securities, criminal defense, and land use.
Experience
Prior to joining Miller Canfield, Robert clerked in the criminal division of the U.S. Attorneys office for the Eastern District of Michigan. His clerkship experience provides a unique insight that allows Robert to effectively and efficiently advocate for his clients. Robert also has significant experience working at a large plaintiff's firm and handled various no-fault, third party automotive, and insurance coverage disputes.
