He draws on his extensive courtroom experience and background as a former assistant prosecuting attorney for Oakland County and as an assistant state attorney for the Palm Beach County State Attorneys' Office to defend individuals and organizations under investigation or indictment. His experience gives him the real world know-how to advise clients throughout the litigation process, representing clients through all phases of the state criminal justice system, including investigation, pre-trial proceedings, motion practice, and trial.
