A member of the Electronic Discovery + Records Management team, Philippe is involved in complex litigation, including environmental, labor, antitrust, copyright infringement, and commercial matters. He is experienced in document analysis, data preservation, and electronic discovery management as well as database design, implementation, and management of computerized litigation support systems, including MS Access, Summation, Relativity, and CaseLogistix.
Representative Matters
- Automobile Manufacturer Litigation
Contributed to the management of multiple discovery document collections totaling over 2.5 million pages for Big Three automobile manufacturer. Coordinated collection, processing, review and production of hard copy and electronic documents, as well as identification and preparation of document collections for witness interviews and depositions.
- Municipality Environmental Litigation
Assisted in the review, organization, and management of discovery and other data for large-scale groundwater contamination litigation. Responsible for gathering, organizing, processing, and reviewing large volumes of electronic and hard copy historical data.
