Mary Kate Griffith specializes in all areas of information technology law and commercial litigation. She advises clients on all aspects of information technology law, including technology agreements, website terms and policies, privacy and regulatory law compliance, and protection and transfer of intellectual property rights.
In addition, Mary Kate works on complex business litigation to analyze cases, devise strategies, and implement litigation objectives. She has participated in a variety of litigation matters, from claims involving contract disputes and business torts to personal injury and environmental contamination.
Mary Kate also worked in the legal department of a multi-national corporation, gaining a first-hand understanding of the in-house legal perspective.
