Loretta Stoyka’s practice area covers Canadian Employment law with an emphasis on Workplace Safety and Insurance Law and Corporate Compliance. In her 25 years of experience in Worker's Compensation Law, she was Director of Human Resources and Government Relations for an Interprovincial and International Trucking Company and in private pracitice acting on behalf of corporations across the Province. Ms. Stoyka then served in a quasi-judicial position as a Vice Chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal of Ontario. She is a former Director of the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board of Ontario, Chair, Governance Committee; Vice Chair, Investment Committee.

In a Workers' Compensation matter, Loretta's research and submissions on behalf of a corporate client resulted in setting aside four levels of Workers' Compensation penalties over a four-year period with a rebate of several million dollars.
