Lisa D. Pick focuses her practice on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and contracts, securities, corporate restructuring, and terms and conditions.

Her practice ranges from counseling clients through the implementation of start-up companies to the sophisticated contractual negotiations of small and large public and privately-held entities.  Lisa has led the implementation of hundreds of corporate and restructuring transactions and commercial negotiations worldwide. 

As co-director of the firm’s Automotive Practice, Lisa is involved in the full range of legal issues affecting clients involved in the automotive industry. She represents both OEM and tier suppliers and private equity clients on automotive industry transactions.

Lisa is one of the leaders of the firm’s Entertainment, Sports and Multimedia Group.  With a B.A. degree in Film and Video from the University of Michigan, Lisa couples her experience in among other things, authoring journalistic articles and screenplays with her transactional legal expertise.

Lisa has additional “behind-the-scenes” legal experience as a judicial law clerk with the Michigan Court of Appeals.   

With both litigation and transactional experience, Lisa often counsels clients on contract administration and implementation to minimize financial exposure to their business.
