Julia K. Baker

Julia K. Baker has over 25 years' experience in municipal finance law. She assists Miller Canfield attorneys serving as bond counsel to Michigan cities, townships, counties and county road commissions, villages, community colleges and school districts in connection with bonds to finance and re-finance many types of projects including buildings and other capital improvements, water, sewer, and electric utility revenue, special assessment, tax increment authorities, and road improvements. Juli’s experience includes projects financed through the USDA-Rural Development and the Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Programs.
