John L. Senica

John L. Senica’s practice is concentrated in the areas of corporate law, commercial lending, business acquisitions and real estate law. He has extensive experience in business planning, business organizations, and mergers and acquisitions, as well as drafting and negotiating all forms of contracts including stock and asset agreements, security agreements, loan agreements, distributorship arrangements, partnership agreements, real estate contracts and commercial leases.

John represents lenders in secured commercial loan transactions, select business entities in partnership and franchise matters, and has assisted in serving as bond counsel and counsel to issuers, underwriters and borrowers in connection with publicly offered and privately placed issues of tax-exempt revenue bonds involving municipalities, health-care institutions, and manufacturing facilities. During his career he has established long-standing relationships in the finance, private equity and venture capital areas.
