Jennifer A. Bielfield

Jennifer A. Bielfield's primary practice area is the preparation and negotiation of commercial loan documentation as legal counsel to financial institutions in Michigan and throughout the United States either as the sole lender, as a participant in a banking syndication or as lead agent for a group of lenders in a banking syndication. This includes the drafting of credit agreements, promissory notes, security agreements, guaranties, mortgages, subordination agreements and intercreditor agreements. Her areas of specialization include export financing made by "delegated authority lenders" and supported by guaranties of 90% of the bank loan which guaranties are made by The Export-Import Bank of the United States, international lending law (including structuring loans with companies located in Korea, Mexico, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands and other parts of Eastern Europe), construction loans, real estate loans, small business loans, middle market loans and U.S. banking loans.
