Jeffrey M. McHugh has been responsible for the federal tax opinions on tax-exempt bonds rendered by Miller Canfield since 1984, including issues for city, county and state obligations. He has significant expertise in representing issuers of municipal obligations with respect to IRS audits and in the development of arbitrage compliance systems.
