Jackie J. Cook focuses her practice on a broad range of legal issues related to state and local taxation, the Michigan Corporate Income Tax and the repealed Michigan Business Tax as well as other business income and gross receipt taxes, sales and use tax, tax incentives, and property tax (valuation and exemption matters). She also is involved in economic development incentives and legal issues related to nonprofit and charitable organizations. In her practice, Jackie represents a broad range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to start-up businesses and nonprofit organizations.
