Erich H. Hintzen

Erich H. Hintzen’s practice centers primarily on product-related litigation and regulation. He defends manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in product liability, product warranty, and regulatory matters, with particular emphasis on legal and appellate issues.  Erich also assists product manufacturers in creating and administering systems for managing product-related litigation nationally, including dispute resolution programs, litigation case management, and responding to discovery.
