Emma T. Chen’s practice covers all areas of commercial and business litigation. She is involved with contract dispute resolution and litigation, automotive industry litigation, and international arbitration. She has also been involved with the enforcement and defense of non-competition agreements and cases involving trade-secret disputes with former employees.
