Douglas W. Eyre represents OEMs, automotive suppliers, banking institutions and secured creditors in all aspects of commercial foreclosures and workouts involving real estate and personal property, such as out-of-court workouts, bankruptcy, and federal and state court litigation proceedings. He represents owners and contractors in commercial construction disputes and litigates trade secret and non-compete cases. Doug also has tried matters concerning misappropriation of trade secrets, recovery of secured collateral and breach of contract.

On the eve of trial, Doug negotiated a resolution in a pro bono foreclosure case vacating an eviction order and permitting an 85-year-old retiree to keep his home.
