  Represented a lender in an action brought by a borrower to enjoin a commercial mortgage foreclosure. 

• Commercial Banking Proposed Class Action

  Assisted with the successful defense of a large commercial banking operation in a proposed class action

• International Manufacturer Multi-party Insurance Coverage Litigation

  Represented an international manufacturer, as plaintiff, in a number of complex, multi-party insurance coverage lawsuits filed in federal and state courts to obtain significant damages following denials of coverage by the client's insurance carriers. 

• Manufacturing Company Defense

  Represented a leading manufacturer in a complex, multi-party lawsuit involving toxic chemical exposure following a train derailment that necessitated evacuation by residents from the surrounding area. 

• Manufacturing Company Products Liability Litigation

  Appointed by Court Order as Lead Defense Counsel For the Defendants, in the Multi-District Litigation (In re Temporomandibular Joint Products Liability Litigation, 94-MD-100I).

• Medical Device Manufacturer Litigation

  Appointed by a leading medical device manufacturer as Lead National Counsel

• National Staffing Services Organization Covenants Not to Compete

  Represented leading national staffing services organizations in actions brought in federal and state courts to enforce covenants not to compete.

• Pharmaceutical Manufacturer Litigation

  Defended an international developer, manufacturer and distributor of pharmaceuticals in several actions for serious injuries, and death, allegedly resulting from defectively designed and defectively manufactured drugs

• Process Chemicals Company Multi­party Class Action Lawsuit

  Represented a global provider of process chemicals in a complex, multi­party class action lawsuit, alleging toxic exposure to machine cutting fluids. Successfully prosecuted a Motion For Summary Disposition, resulting in dismissal of the lawsuit against the client. 

• Steel Production Company Litigation

  Represented a U.S. steel production company, and its subsidiaries, in several actions involving serious injury and death, allegedly caused by the negligence of its tractor-trailer drivers.
